Samsung Device Explode
On Friday the 24th of August while busy getting ready for work and suddenly my Samsung Note 5 started smoking heavily . I turned it over quickly and saw the back of the phone started boiling and melting while in my hand I threw it on my towel and it started melting from the front and making sparks then small flames smoking the entire room until it completely melted and burned from the inside!!! I am outraged and shocked that this device just blew up while it was inactive and not charging. What if it happened while I was driving or sleeping or under my pillow or in my pocket where I always carry it and burned me !! Or my car or house !!
I demand answers and my money back ! How could Samsung sell phones that blow up to it's consumers and not guarantee it's safety !
