SAMSUNG DELIVERS BROKEN GOODS!
I got a TV as part of a promotion from Vodacom. the entire process after the inital signing was handled by Samsung. First the TV was sent to the completely wrong town, I was notified of this by the delivery driver calling me to tell me he has arrived, though 200km away. The next day the TV arrived and the delivery driver made me help him take if off the Bakkie. asked me to sign a document then left. He was supposed to open the box and show me it was in good condition, he didn't do that.
Open the box and the TV has massive damage from where it looks like it was hit against the bakkie while loading. I immediatly contacted Samsung, who told me it was Vodacoms problem. Vodacom then told me it was Samsungs problem.I reported the issue to both companies. 3 weeks of nobody contacting me which me having to make several calls a day to get any feedback. eventually Samsung sends out a technitian to take a look at the tv to assess. He tells me to my face in my lounge that it looks like my suspicions are correct and that it looks like it was damaged in transit or earlier.
Samsung then proceeds to not contact me for a week until I eventually get a hold of them and they tell me it that its my problem and I must pay to repair something that they deliverd already damaged. absolutely ridiculous.
