Samsung de*****ed me. I want my money
I'm so passed off with Samsung I want my money back
I went to fix my laptop and I told them I needed a charging port fixed. I was charged R250 for assessment. I received a quotation or R910 4 weeks later. Then they emailed when my laptop was fixed.
Got my laptop. I put a charger on the charging port that was just fixed with a clear tape pulled out.
I want my money back I'm sure the Pakistanians will do a better job
