Samsung deceptive promotional advertising
Absolutely disappointed with the poor service delivery and deceptive advertising, I purchased my Samsung S21 10 months ago. Samsung advertised the phone + promotional air buds . To date, I've been promised that 'the courier company will be in contact' but nothing materialized. @Samsung please don't advertise promotional items if you can't fulfill these commitments.
