Samsung deception about Gifts for S21 Ultra
I pre-ordered the samsung S21 Ultra. Samsung advertised it comes with the samsung buds and tag. I picked up my device as soon as it hit the market. I followed procedure to claim my gift .
I received no feedback after 15 working days. I called the call center 3 times a day every day since and have recived no positive feedback or movement. The consultants all tell me the same thing, that it will be on the way. Yet no feedback or movement since. It have now been close to 2 months.
Please could someone assist with resolving this.
