Samsung deception
I purchased a dishwasher which qualifies for the buyandget promotion and filled on all the relevant details via the sms few times. Eventually after finally getting a reply that everything is complete and I will be contacted shortly on the 18th of November, unfortunately up to today I have not received a response even after contacting the call centre on 3 occasions. I'l never fall for Samsung special promotion offers ever again after this terrible experience. Please dont cheat people! Please guys beware of Samsung deception!
