Samsung dbl door mirror fridge issues

Hi

I bought a Samsung double door mirror fridge and had it delivered to my home where we found it had a fault with the door not being aligned and returned it for another only to find that the second unit which was delivered home whilst i was away at work was worst than the previous one.

Technician that came out last week thurs/fri not sure assured my wife the unit is of factory fault and will be replaced though the call center doesn't think so! or doesn't care about their clients!!!!!

1.Doors are not aligned 2.it squeaks when doors are being opened/closed 3.When one opens fridge door to get something out the door closes onto them!!!

Samsung services are absolutely shocking!! i might as well go back to Defy or lg and trust me i will destroy Samsung's image should this not be resolved!
