Samsung Customer Service not picking up calls or returning email
I left Samsung after the issue of the exploding S7. I decided to give them another chance with the great deal of the S23 Ultra.
Sadly this time the product is great but their service is poor in picking up calls on two occasion hanging on for an hour to no avail and emailing them Tuesday nor to get a respond by the end of Friday Business day...
If someone is listening or reading this, my issue is that I need to change the delivery address of my S6 tablet which I presumed should have been delivered by now.
