Samsung customer service is terrible 😡😡😡

Customer service at Samsung is terrible to say the least. I purchased a washing machine from Makro in October 2023 and with a week I tried to return the washing machine because it wasn’t washing the clothes properly no matter what I tried. They sent out technicians but still they said there was nothing wrong with the machine. I was asked to even send before and after pictures of clothes which I did, to prove my complaint but instead of allowing me to return the washing machine, I was told that my complaint would be closed as unresolved. The fact that I complained about the machine within 2 weeks of purchase didn’t even help my case. Both Samsung and Makro did absolutely nothing to assist! I am sitting with a washing machine in my home that I can’t use after spending thousands on it!
