Samsung Customer Service Exist?

<p>I handed a cell phone in at Samsung Eastgate Branch 27 June 2017! After numerous calls no feedback! We eventually reverted to social media - Samsung contacted us. A complaint raised! Well guess what we no closer to resolution! Calls fall on def ears consultants don't return calls as promised! Can someone please advise what is going on! The service is shocking actually non existent!</p> <p>I there anyone out there thatactually works at Samsung or management that cares about their customers! </p>
