Pre ordered S21 and S21 Ultra. Collected 2February 2021. Claimed for the Free earbuds and tag. Contacted Samsang 2 weeks later. Their responce, they will find out and phone me back. Been phoning at least once per week. Every time same responce. But no call from Samsang and no package. Looks like staff members helping themself
