Samsung Convection Microwave
Bought Convection Microwave. 5 weeks later turntable developed a crack. Samsung say not under warranty as this is an accessory. I would have thought a turntable was a necessity not an accessory. Having been trying for a week to get them to send someone to check microwave and see what could have caused this to happen. Got the runaround and as at today the 13th January have got nowhere. Sitting with an expensive appliance I am unable to use. Can anyone help!?
