Samsung Contract Promotions

I purchase the Note 20 Ultra on contract from Vodacom in Galleria in 2020 and this contract included a Samsung TV as part of a promotion which Samsung was having, to date I have not received the TV. I have sent through all documents required of me and still nothing from Samsung however the Samsung promotions department has called me every year to confirm my delivery address and guaranteed me on every call that the TV will be delivered, it is now 2023 and I have upgraded to another Samsung and still no TV. I received a call yesterday 16 March 2023 after I insisted this issue be escalated, they tell me the promotion is over and they cannot honor that promotion because in 2021 they called customers to update details and the TV's where delivered and whoever did not update details gets no TV in which I told the person that I received no such call and was told there is nothing that can be done. How do I now deal with this issue? Because the reason for taking this contract at the time was the promotion of the TV, what can I do?
