Samsung consultant very rude and unprofessional

<p>I bought a Samsung washing machine top loader on 30 .11.14 and sometime in July the machine stared leaking from underneath.called Samsung more than 5 times was given 9 reference numbers instead of 10 and one lady Lorraine assisted me on 30.11.16 but no electrician send as well .spoke to on other Indian with contact number ********** 960 and she **** to me that electrician came and everything was updated in their system .now I have been calling and calling but they are telling me my warranty is done yet there was not even one job done . and machine is still as brand new only used it less then 20 times.
