Samsung constantia park

<p>My phone was handed in @ Constantia Park Smart Care Center.</p> <p>After 14 days (phone calls that I made to Samsung head office and Constantia) - with NO feedback to when my phone is ready for collection, I decided to go in.</p> <p>Now its not the screen anymore but the keyboard as well!! The lady inform me that my phone is still not ready but will send me an invoice as it is the screen and keyboard,</p> <p> </p> <p>POOR POOR POOR SERVICE Constantia Park - Samsung.</p>
