Good Day <br> <br> Please note the following issues i have had with Samsung Kloof.<br> <br> I sent in my cell phone to be repaired they charged me R3300 for the screen and this was under warranty then phone only worked for 2 to 3 months and i had to send it back as the screen kept falling off the phone.<br> <br> <br> I have attached pictures of the phone and this is not the way samsung should do business,the phone was returned to me as they told me the new cost to fix the cell is R1800 and i collected the phone the screen is hanging there is no *****s in the phone and the phone is in a worse of condition.<br> <br> I require a full refund on this and my cell to be replaced as this is not part of the CPA and that Samsung charged me for the \FREE SCREEN"fix which looks like it was done with prestick.
