<p>I bought a fridge from a Samsung dealer and was told I qualified for 2 nights stay at a Protea Hotel during 2016. I tried to book a weekend at the Protea Hotel in Mossell Bay and was told it was full. I went to Mossell Bay that weekend and popped into the Protea Hotel and found it was not near full. First cmplaint is that I was **** to. Second complaint is that now my pin is invalid when I try to redeem my stay. Really pathetic and definately a con.</p>
