Samsung complaint ref number ***

<p>About 2 months ago i wrote a complaint about a samsung note pen that I had I purchased at a samsung store at Clearwater Mall but did not take delivery for it as it was not on stock...Mr Sthembiso Kunene (Senion Customer Service Executive) rep**** to my complaint and promised to investigate and get back to me...its been 2 months, i haven't anything for him in that regard</p>
