Samsung complain

I bought a news Samsung galaxy note 10 light and within the 1st day I used the phone it started freezing when typing..i had to send it back and I was charged R399 for repairs n it had a screen protector that I bought for R299 and when it came back the screen protector was cracked..i feel soo dissapointed from Samsung when I had soo much joy changing to using Samsung..i feel it was a reap off for me having to pay for their factory fault. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Samsung ever n I want my refund
