Samsung Clearwater Mall - Great Service!

I like to commend good service when I get it, and that's what I received at the Samsung store in Clearwater Mall! I came in to get a screen guard and cover for my Samsung phone. I was greeted by staff and promptly assisted. Unfortunately the glass screen protector from Panzer glass, though high quality, did not seem to fit right with the new phone cover I purchased. I would like to say a big thank you to A.K. for handling the problem well - he tried another a few days later, but that did not work either. He had no issues with giving me a full refund though - so I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend the store to friends and colleagues! Thank you!
