Samsung city Horrifying customer service

I had the worst experience ever by Samsung staff at sandton city.To name and shame the bad service not forgetting utterly rude was a consultant named Kamal at Samsung city store.They give you false information on samsung products. I purchased a s9plus LED cover which sells for about R1299.00 .I was told if there is any faults with the cover they will replace it no matter what as long as it's a fault anytime.When I requested for the cover to be exchanged manager Nerisha said she will help exchange the cover because I was told the incorrect information bout the product by there sales consultant Priya. Today when I called the rude unprofessional Kamal answer and said they will not exchange it. They had the wrong details of another customer on my invoice some Rahyme with my address and phone number on it that's how *******ed that store is. They doing alot of false advertising and incorrect processes at that store from what I gather. Please stay away from purchasing at that particular Samsung store in Sandton cit.
