Samsung cheating people into buying things offering free gifts that they do not deliver
I was about to complain how Samsung cheated me on the promotion advertised: buy the Galaxy S21FE and get a tablet for free but noticed plenty of complaints of people cheated by Samsung. I actually cannot believe a big corporation like this can get away with tricking people into buying things and not delivering. Can we not report this to consumer protection/ombudsman. They cannot get away with this.

I am following up on my Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. It is now end of April and there has been no communication from you. What is estimated date we should receive our goods you owe us.
Bought an expensive phone with no special features just for that tablet and now you are ducking and diving. I cannot explain to you the disappointment.
