Samsung cellphones are a waste of money
I keep making the mistake of buying Samsung flagship cellphones, just to be disappointed time and time again. Why do I pay top dollar to have the "best" Android cellphone, only for it to break twice within 15 months - of which only one repair was still under warranty (seeing the warranty is now only 12 months). First the battery completely died, and now the screen broke. Broken screens are synonym to Samsung.
Secondly, I take the phone in to the repairs centre in Pretoria. Two weeks later - NOTHING. They don't even have parts, i.e. a screen, yet????????? How is this possible, since more than 50% of people I know have Samsungs with broken screens? Surely you should foresee that people will want screens repaired and make provision for that?
I am so disappointed. If I didn't have a contract, I would bin the phone and buy a different Android cash.
