Samsung cellphone repair centre

Sent my Samsung phone in for repairs on 3 june to vodacom gateway mall, I was informed that it will be sent to samsung repair centre. My phone was just over 5 months old. Received a call to collect and went in on 20 June only to find my screen was cracked, according to vodacom it was done by Samsung repair centre so I left my phone at vodacom for them to sort out with samsung repair centre. Was called and informed that Samsung was going to claim from ram couriers. Its been almost 2 months and after numerous forms of communication with vodacom I still don't have my phone as they are apparently following up with samsung repair centre. Pathetic service from such big companies
