Samsung /cell c phone accessories pathetic!!
Have a cell c contract & renewed it lastweek. Received a samsung A2 core. Accessories were of a very poor quality or no accessories at all!! Yes its not an expensive phone but certainly not a cheap one either. The charger was heating up & just a very basic one. There wasnt even a screen plastic given or even a basic phone cover. Surely this should be standard for this type of phone package.
I have escalated to cell c upgrades but they seem to be passing the buck to samsung rightfully or wrong??? I am NOT happy about this .the charger should be of decent standard & i would appreciate a basic screen plastic & a basic phone cover. Minor retail outlets offer better accessories!!!

21 Nov 2019, 15:42An escalations manager MONWA from samsung called twice basically to repeat himself despite me asking him to get a manager to call me back which he agreed to & never told me he is the manager!!!!
Absolutely pathetic & disgracefull service from samsung and for the quality & lack of accessories i got or didnt get on my samsung a2 core!!! Samsung and cell c get a ZERO for service.
