Samsung Care - The Grove Mall: Empty promises, No progress AT ALL!
<p>Well, Sent in my phone on the 13th of September.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called in 3 days later - Response: We ordered parts. They should arrive today, your phone should be fixed by tomorrow.</p> <p>Called in 6 days later - Response: We dont know what happened because parts arrived but your phone was not fixed. I will follow up.</p> <p>Called in 7 days later - Response: Your phone is not fixed, *assistant is also confused why its taking so long with no valid reason* We will look into it.</p> <p>Called in 9 days later - Response: *at this point, assistant knows me* We have ordered parts for your phone. It should be ready by tomorrow. *I tell the assistant that I really dont believe that but I will call them again tomorrow instead of waiting for the sms telling me I should get my phone*</p> <p> </p> <p>Yeah, I have BEEEN waiting for my Samsung Galaxy S7 - Onyx Black to have its screen repaired. Nobody seems to be doing anything on it. I have calmly queried its status multiple times but nothing is happening! This is a bad experience, because I know how short the repair-time is at Samsung Care centres my friends have used. Disappointed and frustrated!</p>

Oh, Thank you for giving me a reference number and not contacting me to resolve the issue... That's REAL star power right there... as I said in my title... Empty promises!
So I call again today and they say "Oh, the warehouse has not delivered yet, We dont know when they will deliver..But you will have your phone by the end of the weekend.." More promises that I KNOW will not be fulfilled. Changing the rating to one star, as if it will make a difference because all I see on you page are one-star reviews.
Honestly, please fix the phone and return it!

As I predicted, the new promise of repair completion this past Sunday was false. They **** and now they gave me a new date. Apparently the warehouse is the problem. Keep getting SMSes about my phone parts being ordered but nothing completed - effectively. Terrible experience.
