Samsung Care is a **** do not use it

Nearly two years ago i took out Samsung Mobile Care screen replacement insurance. When i took my phone in to be repaired suddenly i was not approved , not registered and they refused to fix my phone, Why did they take my money then,? and i paid up front ? One year later they called me to see if my complain had been resolved? AAAHHHH NO i sent them all my paperwork and payment and waited another month then they called back to say tough luck ......... Then i demanded my money back...... still nothing I asked to speak to management ....... nothing Samsung Care is a **** do not use it ....i do not know how a brand like Samsung allow thwm to tarnish their Name

.....and i'm not the only one that has this happen to them...
