Samsung Care is a disgrace to Samsung Brand
Do not use Samsung Care to cover your Broken screen, they will not fix it just come up with excuses so not to pay for your repairs I have 7 Samsung mobile devices and after the total lack of service i will never buy another one again, Samsung needs to find another service agent in South Africa.
insure your phone somewhere else.
