Samsung Care is a ****

Samsung Care is a ****. I accidentally dropped my phone on the desk, the screen is not cracked, but there are two color lines appear on the screen (like LED screen burn in), send phone in to get it checked and repaired. Samsung store says Samsung Care declined the claim, because the screen is not damaged physically, and Samsung warranty also declined the repair because there is a tiny dent mark on the frame of phone. Therefore, you think you buying an insurance cover for accidental damage of the phone but you need to make sure you damage the phone bad enough (smashed/cracked screen) in order to claim?! If the display problem is not from accidental damage (as no physical damage accoridng to them), then why warranty does not cover?!
