Samsung \Care"Centre - *****ing from the public"""

On the 27th June 2014 I visited the Samsung Smart Care Centre in Roodepoort. The reason being that a Samsung Tablet had a sim tray stuck in the slot where the sim card goes into. After a lenghty period one of the consultants by the name of Clare came back and informed us that the PBA has been damaged and needs to be replaced . According to my technical knowledge if the sim slot needed fixing only how come the other functions such as Bluetooth and WiFi did'nt work at all ? The consultant did explain the other functions were affected as a result the above mentioned functions could not work . I did leave it as that an did not want to put up a scene regarding the issue and advised that the amount on the invoice. If the incompetetent staff cannot get the date right how do they provide a technical report this clearly shows that taking money from the consumer / public is a norm . I can also provide the proof of payment for the full amount of R3135.00 as I did do an electronic payment . I also was continuely disturbed by Refilwe as she claimed the money was not paid and proof of payment had to be sent via my bank to her and Clare who's email address I attached below .
