Samsung cannot make proper refrigerators

Samsung is not in the business of making proper refrigerators. We bought a Samsung RL67VCPN refrigerator several years ago and it has been a pain in the neck right from the start. The refrigerator freezes up virtually every 3 months, so much so that the bottom interior of the refrigerator is virtually always full of water. This is especially problematic because the vegetable drawers fill up with water, leading to spoiled fruit and vegetables. It takes several hours to remedy the problem each time. If you have better things to do than to spend several hours defrosting a refrigerator every 3 months, DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

I have seen YouTube videos describing the exact same problem, so this problem is not just bad luck on our part - it is a design flaw for which Samsung should have declared a recall if they cared for their customers. PATHETIC.
