Samsung cannot be trusted
Good day, Kindly advise why the blood oxygen level is not activated in SOUTH AFRICA. I have recently purchased a Samsung Active 4 watch and am so disappointed. I see on Samsung community that Samsung has been promising customers that this functionality would be active for over 2 years now??!!! Do I return this watch and get a fitbit?? Why is Samsung lying to customers??? Why are you as a company not trying to fix this problem but instead lie to customers. Other brands do not have this issue??

22 Jun 2022, 18:40Hi Vaughn promised to send a FULL list of service providers to take my watch too to activate the blood oxygen function. Honestly this new update should be available as a software update on your watches. He instead sent only a couple of service centres. He was extremely impatient and disregarded any complaint I had. Never again will I purchase a Samsung watch. So many customers displayed their distaste in the fact that cheaper brands has this functionality already active and people purchasing these watches has no issues unlike the Samsung brand. I urge you to please get someone within your department to please get someone anyone to forward the full list of service providers in the Cape Town area. If you fail to do so I will visit all social media platforms and advise them not to buy this watch and also return my watch for a refund and get a better cheaper brand.
