Bought a new Clearview cover for a Galaxy Note 10. When i got home I opened it only to find that the cover has a minor scratch on it. Not thinking much of it at the time I used the cover for about 2 hours when i noticed that it is damaging the screen protector where the scratch is. I had the screen guard removed and got a new one. When I wanted to return the cover they the Manager told me that is must have been myself who scratched it and they wont replace it. I find this unacceptable and I'm sure that this is not the way to treat loyal Samsung Customers.
