Samsung can't repair a Dishwasher in 11 MONTHS!!

I purchased a Samsung Dishwasher in November 2014, and was faulty out of the box. It will use all of the salt on the first wash.<br> <br> I logged a call with the Samsung Call Center, and they sent out MM ALL ELECTRONICS, the authorised Repair Company for Samsung in my area.<br> <br> By March 2015, after being to my house 3 times to try and repair the unit, MM ALL ELECTRONICS said they would have to order the replacement part and they would contact me.<br> <br> Fast forward to September 2015, and I re-logged the repair after hearing nothing back from this useless company. I explained the full history to Vusi at MM ALL ELECTRONICS.<br> <br> Again, they sent someone out to diagnose the same problem. This was Friday 11 September.<br> <br> To date, no one has come back to me to update me on what the next step is, and Vusi doesn't respond to my messages either.<br> <br> Samsung is damaging their brand by getting MM ALL ELECTRONICS to service their customers. This company is USELESS and does not care about your customers!!!
