Samsung can no longer be trusted

Generally I do like Samsung products. I currently own an A71 phone which is great, but I just found out about an old phone of mine which really upset me. When I bought my Note 4 from MTN, they promised me it was a Snapdragon, which it was not. It was an Exynos and I did not want it since I did not trust it. It seems I was right.

After 2 years, the battery began giving problem, so I thought. I bought several batteries, costing me a ton. They all gave the same problem and since they were Chinese and Japanese batteries, I suspected that was the problem, not Samsung.

Now I read that these phones had a serious bug concerning this. This is a widespread problem. Just one problem, Samsung never did anything about this and never admitted it. This is a testimony of bad character.

Samsung you know this phone is faulty, you know this and yet you did nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can I ever trust and support you again? Just search for Note 4 crash. Some were helped by an app wake lock, but this only mildly helps, it still keeps on crashing. This is an Exynos problem.

I now spent hours trying out custom roms, but it still is crashing.

This was not a Mickey mouse phone, it was your flagship. Shame on you Samsung. You are beginning to be worse that Apple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
