I'm so sorry to say but I'm very disappointed in the Samsung flip 5 I always thought Samsung was one of the best brands out there I purchase a flip 5 in August last year this year September 2024 I opened my phone to check my message on Facebook and I just heard a cracking sound and screen was just black took it in to vodacom store where I purchased the phone and was told that they will short it out and the cover screen is so limited with apps that you have to flip your phone open and close all day if I knew this flip5 was a problem phone I would of taken something else these phones isn't cheap my concern is when I get my phone back from vodacom repair and after a year the screen crashes again then what? I'm very disappointed guys I'm looking forward hearing from you thanks
