Samsung Buy&Get Scheme is a hoax!

The Samsung Buy&Get scheme is an absolute disgrace and a complete disappointment! firstly the service is absolutely terrible as no-one is ever in the mood to get back to you for assistance, and secondly you end up falling for their ploy of getting these vouchers that you can redeem every month if you buy their products, only to be completely let down by them once you actually want to redeem the vouchers!! they don't put all the rules and regulations on their website or in the manual they give you when you purchase the products, so when you make a mistake or don't know how to redeem the vouchers properly because IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY!! you lose out on that months voucher! and on top of that they tell you that yes they know its not in the manual but it should be obvious how to use it. and lastly, for an entire year they informed me from THEIR side that I had up to January to redeem my vouchers, and come Jan I couldnt redeem them because they made a mistake and they are sorry!! PATHETIC AND USELESS!! I will NEVER purchase a SAMSUNG item again if they care so little about their clients!
