Samsung Buy&get - false advertising and wort customer service

Samsung had a Buy&Get promotion where if you bought an appliance, you get voucher to use at certain places/companies. DO NOT FALL for this!! We had to buy a fridge, and after some homework, decided to go to Makro. Once thre, we spent a while looking at all the fridges avaialable and eventually the Samsung buy&get representative told us about their promo nd that we should def buy the samsung fridge. It was a good one, even though we said we will neer buy Samung again after they discontinued a TV after 3 years. She showed us a paper to show which voucher youo can choose from. There was a dichem one which we decided to go for. R3000 worth. I asked her do I have to use the full R3000 at one time or can it be spplit, upon which she told me we can use either the whole R3000 or split it up. So we bought the fridge. Go home, registered for the voucher and only THEN the the fineprint get communicated. You get R3000 - SPLit UP into R250 each month t be used. This was not communicated beforehand - thus false advertising in store. Had huge fights and have never met more incompt4enet call ceentre advisor that thos of buy & get. Everytime you have o send an email, which taks TWO weeks for them to respond. Today I wanted to use my mmeager R250 voucher, requeted the pin colde and lo and beholld - voucher INVALID! This was super embarrasing, as when the dischenm suprevisor phoned the Wii code compnay, they told her I already used the voucher in Woodmead on Saturday. I received the code from THEM 20 mins prior. I eventually phone buy&get (the act on behalf of Samsung) and was informed that a lot of customers compplain3d about the sam thing Just arrogance from their side, no apology nothing, I was ony told to send another email which will again take 2 weeks. It does not matter that I need my Dischem items today. I demanded to speak t a supervisor, which of course you can't as she works from home. I asked that she call me back - which has not happened yet. DO NOT EVER SUPPORT Samsung - you will regret it.
