Samsung BuyandGet worst service,no delivery!

We bought a washing machine at Drommedaris Jeffreys Bay, Samsung Buy and Get deal included. <br> With two big companies involved, Samsung and Protea Hotel, we felt that it must be legit. <br> <br> We followed the instructions step by step, unfortunately, when we tried to book the accommodation, service got shocking and we still stuck without a booking to date!<br> <br> We have sent emails but we get no reply!<br> <br> I have all my emails as proof, I have called Samsungs head office, they could not help, I called the number wich cost me loads off rands and asked to speak to somebody in a more senior position but was told that only a girl called Lee could help me, I regret that she can not!<br> <br> I even called Protea Hotel and they confirmed my dates being available. They even also said that other people also battle with this buy and get deal!<br> <br> Shocking, NOT PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE! Sies man!
