Samsung Buyandget ****!

I was in the market to purchase a Defy dishwasher at House and Home in Richards Bay in November 2015. The sales lady directed my attention to the Samsung buyandget promo which would reward me with either a free domestic return flight or a weekend away.<br> I followed all the instructions and submitted everything they requested before the 31st December 2015 cut off date. However a month went by and I heard nothing from them so I phoned the queries line to make inquiries. I was informed that they had a backlog and that they would contact me shortly. Again no further communication. When I eventually did manage to get hold of them they asked me to send an additional photo of the sticker on the dishwasher box to [Email Removed] which I did immediately. Again no further communication. Now today I am trying to get an answer and after sitting on the phone in a que for 45 mins I am told they cannot find me on the system.<br> When I phone Samsung they refer me back to buyandget. I dont understand this as it was a SAMSUNG promotion. bearing in mind that I originally wanted a Defy. Now I am stuck with an inferior product and no promotional gift. This is a **** to lure people to buying their junk
