Samsung Buyandget promotion, difficult to claim

Due to the fact that Samsung is running the buyandget promotion, I have purchased a dishwasher and washing machine, but to redeem these vouchers is frustrating and very difficult. I sent sms, as stated with the product serial numbers, after I did not get any response, I phoned the call Centre, and shadu, told me to email the proof of the sms, I did this and after 2 weeks of no response, I phoned back and shadu assured me that I will be emailed, to date, I have received no emails, my problem is that the process to activate the vouchers expire on 31 Dec 2019. It will be utter disappointing if I am not able to activate these vouchers even more so if the deadline passes and I am not able to get what I deserve to.
