Samsung buyandget promotion 2017 (is this a ****?)

I bought samsung washing machine since black friday in 2017 and i was told there is a voucher claim for every washing machine or fridge bought . I sent them text message before the expiry date which was 31st of december 2017 and i was sent the link to register, i did register and i was the images i sent was not correct, then i sent the correct one and called the customer care , i was told its correct that i will be contacted in 7 working days , i was waited for more 15 days and i have not been contacted. I tried called the customer care several times and they keep wasting my airtime by not answering my calls. Please i need them to see this and attend to my request urgent.
