Samsung buyandget

Samsung buyandget is a ******* to say the least, its just a marketing gimmick used to get us the customers to buy their products. I've been trying to redeem this voucher that i received from them of a 2nights weekend getaway but to my disappointment i received a message saying "This promotion is not available for your selected dates, please use the calendar to search for other dates, or alternate hotels" I've tried choosing different dates as i was told that the booking must be 28days prior but still i got the same message. I tried calling them and they explained that its peak season and that accomodation was unavailable. I called again and i was told some story that i chose 1 night instead of 2night and i did exactly as they advised and still no luck. To think that the only reason i bought their product was because of this damn buyandget voucher. Samsung Its a ******* company.
