Samsung Buy & Get Worthless

After going through the entire process of buying a samsung product on special, registering, supplying all requested documentation (Invoice ect) I still have not received my free plane tickets as advertised. I was in contact with Ashton Minnar from Samsung Buy & Get and last communication from his side was that all the documents submitted is in order and will be handed over to his supervisor and then a confirmation code will be sent. Its 2 months down the line and still now feedback after sending all my correspondence to [Email Removed] as well without feedback. I made contact with Samsung directly and laid a formal complain (***) against buy and get today so hopefully this issue will be sorted out.
