Samsung Buy & Get ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is ****!!! I bought a washing machine in the middle of December 2019 from Game Fourways on the Buy & Get Promotion. The sales person made it sound so nice yet this is not what we are getting. Please note, this was not actually the machine OR Make I wanted, but because of the promotion, I decided to buy it, and yes it turned out to be a **** machine. Firstly he didn't say anything that the Sorbet vouchers will be divided in 12 months, I only found that out after purchasing the machine. Anyway, we immediately started the process when the machine was delivered the next day, but every time there is something else we need to do, first we had to resubmit the photos, and what a mission, because I have to keep following up, using unnecessary airtime, holding on forever just to see if it was actually received. Then I had to fill in some form and email that too, again, no confirmation whether it was received. When I called a week later the lady told me I have to wait 10 days to see if they received the email, *** 10 day just to find out if the email was received!!!!!!!!!!!! I insisted that she find out and I kept holding and she just cut the line eventually. I've called so many times and then the line gets cut. I am highly frustrated as it is now almost 2 months later and I haven't had any vouchers yet to use. How can you advertise like this but not follow through? I can expect this type of service from no name brands, but SAMSUNG???
