Samsung buy & get "****"
Bought a washing machine last year October & was "promised" the samsung buy and get reward. Everything was submitted successfully, images & receipts uploaded by 5 November. Received an email to confirm that I will hear back within 10 days. I've emailed them numerous times to follow up on when this will be finalised with no response / calls / feedback. So basically been 3 months later & still no "reward" Rather disappointed in this as the reward was the deciding factor that made us go with Samsung instead of something else.
