SAMSUNG BUY & GET = ****!

I bought a washing machine on the Buy & Get Promotion in December 2017. I emailed Samsung and got all the info I needed with forms to fill out for when I'm ready to book my flights.

Anyway, I'm ready to redeem my voucher and I have been emailing and calling them non stop with all the required documents. However, no one ever responds! I have a terrible feeling that all of this was just a **** and it's appalling actually. Whenever I contact the call center, I'm told that they haven't received anything. I have tried sending it from 2 different email addresses, so this makes no sense. Also, this has been going on for an entire week, unless the internet speed at Samsung is similar to snail mail?

I would love to know the truth here, is there even such a thing as the buy and get promotion?
