Samsung Buy & Get promotion Discriminates against SME's

I bought 2 devices from MTN on an upgrade 6 November 2020. I then proceed to claim their "Buy & Get" promotion. Only to be told i don't qualify cause their terms and conditions state that Business don't qualify.

According to their terms and conditions: "Who may enter:

3.1 All participants must:

3.1.1 be citizens of the Republic of South Africa and/or a legal residents of the aforesaid country;

3.1.2 must be currently residing in the Republic of South Africa at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period;

3.1.3 must be a natural person and be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period; and"

So according to Samsung I am not a Natural person. I am an SME. The sole director and i don't have employees.

Samsung is discriminating against me and all other Businesses out there especially the small businesses. I have just lost out on R2000 worth of vouchers.

To add to this even MTN staff had no idea this promotion was not open to Businesses.

Also what happens if a Business buys a new fridge or TV or any other product that "should" allow then to be able to claim, but Samsung says you don't qualify cause you are a business. I as an SME needs to declare my purchases.

I am not impressed with this ************** by Samsung.
