Samsung Buy & Get promotion - A ****
I bought a washing machine with the intention of getting guaranteed rewards under the SAMSUNG BUY & Get promotion. I followed all the processes for me to get my rewards. I was told that I would be getting a R250 voucher per month for the next 12 months. That was in January 2022. And I received the first voucher in February. And since then I haven't received anything. And they are not responding to my emails or messages. This is just a warning to other customers that this brand runs **** promotions. Please buy better brands that gives you what they promise.
