Samsung Buy & Get Promotion

I bought a Samsung oven and hob in Game and was enticed by their "Buy & Get " promotion which supposedly gives something like R5000 in travel, gifts, etc,

Since then I have had 4-5 emails/phone calls asking for proof of purchase and photos of serial and model numbers of the appliances, all of which I have done several times and now I get the same email again indicating that their closing date is 21 Jan. Their message goes as follows: "Dear Samsung Winner We have tried contacting you regarding your online entry for the Samsung Buy and Get 2017 promotion. There is an error with your serial image and Invoice image. You need to take a full clear image of your invoice and a full clear image of your serial image which must be on the product and not on the box. Please be advised, the closing date for uploading of correct images is 21 January 2018. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that their online submission is complete in all respects. If you require additional assistance, please call us on ********** , alternatively please send your correct images to **********

I'm no longer interested.......but get your act together, What an absolute farce!!!!!
